We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and wood grain can appear differently on different screens, and makers revise finishes, packaging and included accessories between production runs, so small differences between an image and the product you receive are normal. Sizes, key, materials, box contents and any power or battery requirements shown are the details published by the maker.
Product guidance and safe use
Where a product page gives a cigar count, a humidity range or seasoning steps, it is the maker's guidance, not our assessment of your cigars or your room. Our products are for adults. Cutters and punches have sharp blades, torch lighters use butane, and humidor solution is not for drinking, so keep them away from children and follow the maker's instructions for seasoning, refilling, charging and changing batteries.
